libhash-merge-perl software package provides Perl module for merging arbitrarily deep hashes into a single hash, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhash-merge-perl
libhash-merge-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhash-merge-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhash-merge-perl *
You will get with libhash-merge-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
